The adverse impact of unaddressed cumulative stress is found on employees’ physical, mental and occupational well being and manifests in the form of higher job dissatisfaction, absenteeism, medical leave and burn out and compassion fatigue, increased team conflict and overall lowered employee wellness.
We recognize the high individual, organizational and societal costs of not addressing cumulative stress effectively and have designed the Cumulative Stress Management Program to support frontline and high exposure teams across various industries, healthcare and social service sectors.
